Faux Leather Luggage
materials: shoebox or small box
grocery paper bag
glue and sponge brush
scissors
walnut ink, stamping ink
duck tape
paper travel cutouts or stamps
ribbon - 1 yard
cut paper bag into a long rectangle, crumple and then flatten out. more you crumple the older the luggage will look. then spray your walnut ink and let dry.
glue the paper onto the box, make sure the paper on the top is folded inside, for a clean look.once the glue is dry, add the duck tape from the front to the back.
add any cutouts, stickers and stamps. ink the edges for the worn look.
paint box with watered down glue (1/3 water - 2/3 glue) with sponge brush and let dry. repeat a second time. make sure all edges are glued down.with scissors or razor blade, slice a hole on each side of box. add your ribbon and tie knot from the inside.
add tag from the hole or ribbon.
